Description
This agent monitors incoming emails from ClearFacts and automatically responds when a customer has submitted all documents for the current VAT period. Once a confirmation email arrives from no-reply@clearfacts.be, the agent retrieves the business number from the email and looks up the associated relation in AdminPulse. It then searches for the active VAT return task for the current month and automatically marks the subtask 'documents received' as completed.
