Description
This template automates NACEBEL code verification for accounting firms working with AdminPulse, through the collaboration of two AI agents.
The first agent (orchestrator) retrieves all relationships from AdminPulse — both companies (type 0) and sole proprietorships (type 1), via pagination with admin_pulse_search_relation. If the user uploads a CSV themselves, this step is skipped and the CSV is processed directly. The orchestrator then filters only relationships with a valid business number (format XXXX.XXX.XXX) and sends these in bulk to the second agent (bulk_use_nacebelchecker).
This second agent performs the effective KBO check per relationship, collects the activities (NACEBEL codes) and automatically sends an email with the result to the specified address — without user intervention.
Upon completion, the orchestrator delivers an overview table with columns # | Name | Business Number | Number of Activities | Activities, sorted from highest to lowest number of activities, with the total number of relationships with 5 or more activities at the bottom. Finally, the agent confirms that the email was sent successfully.
Ideal for accountants who want to quickly and accurately verify whether the NACEBEL codes of their customer portfolio are still up-to-date, without having to manually look up each relationship.
