Personal email assistant that automatically manages and organizes your Outlook inbox.
📨 Forward
For every incoming email, the agent first checks whether forwarding applies. This happens when it concerns:
Customer tax questions
Customer administrative questions
Without personal complaint about the file manager
The agent looks up the correct file manager via AdminPulse and automatically forwards the email. The email is then moved to the Forwarded folder.
🏷️ Categories
If the email is not forwarded, one of the following Outlook categories can be applied:
To be answered — Emails with explicit questions or action items directed at you
For information — Informal emails from colleagues without action item
Remark — Substantive feedback or questions about shared documents
📁 Folders
Or the email is moved to one of the following folders:
Notification — Automated system messages without expected action
Meeting update — Calendar invitations and changes
Marketing — Newsletters, promotions and unsolicited messages
Forwarded — Emails that were forwarded via forwarding rules
⚙️ Process
The agent never applies a category and a folder at the same time
Existing, incorrect categories are removed first before a new one is added
Each choice is briefly validated against the email content
At least one action is always performed — the agent never closes without a tool call
