Description

Description

This agent sorts incoming mail. Only modify PART 1 of the prompt, PART 2 remains unchanged. You can empty or completely remove each block in PART 1. The agent will then skip that step. For example, if you don't want to forward, remove the FORWARDING RULES block. To add a label, folder or forwarding rule, add 1 line in the same format: the name, a colon, and in 1 sentence when it applies. To remove it, delete the line. The labels start with a number because Outlook sorts categories alphabetically. Without a number, your list will be scattered in your inbox. When adding a label, give it a number in the position where you want to see it. The number also determines priority: if two labels apply, the lowest number wins. The last label, 5 Manual, is used by the agent for anything it cannot classify. Leave that label in place. If you rename it, also update PART 2 in the places where it is mentioned by name. An email gets exactly 1 destination: 1 label, or 1 folder, or forwarding. If you still want a label on an email that goes to a folder, set that as a correction. Place each linked mailbox in one of the two lists under OFFICE. Forwarding only happens from a shared mailbox. A mailbox you forget will be treated as personal and therefore won't forward anything. Leave the forwarding rules empty until you're sure: you cannot undo forwarding. Under CORRECTIONS, set exceptions that override everything, 1 per line in plain language. For example: emails from jan@partner.be always go to Documents. The labels and folders from PART 1 must exist in Outlook with exactly the same name, including the number at the beginning of the label. If a category or folder doesn't exist, the action will fail silently and the email will remain unchanged.
